Create a different experience every time by adding berries, fruits or whatever your heart desires. This blend is a great example of our philosophy because its so good that you won't believe its gluten-free and dairy-free (casein-free).
Ingredients:
Evaporated Cane Sugar, Potato Starch, Tapioca Flour, Arrowroot Starch, Sorghum Flour, Baking powder (corn starch, bicarbonate of soda, sodium sulfate, calcium acid phosphate), Organic White Rice Flour, Xanthan Gum, Salt
Directions:
3 large eggs
1 1/3 cup milk (for casein-free, we recommend coconut milk)
2T butter (for casein-free, earth balance or soy butter)
1 cup Angel's Pancake/Waffle Mix
1. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, melted butter. Add flour and whisk until smooth.
2. Heat a medium skillet over medium heat and spray with non-stick spray.
3. Pour approximately 5 tablespoons of batter into hot skillet. Make sure batter is equally dispersed over entire bottom of pan.
4. Cook 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Serve immediately

These pancakes taste like the real thing. There light & fluffy. I will be sure to order this product again. Not much out there for gluten free stuff that taste good. Doesn't taste like cardboard. They have actual favor. Glad I stopped at the store in Austin when I was there to visit my son. Can't wait to try the other products.
